“Services” – Refers to the buying, selling, trading, and sourcing of new and pre-owned watches.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging in any transaction with us, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
4. Buying Watches
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and condition details for every watch. However, minor variations may occur, and we do not guarantee that descriptions or images are error-free.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Payment: All transactions are completed by Wire or Zelle. We do not accept credit cards or online checkout payments. Once funds are received, we confirm your order and arrange shipment.
Shipping: All watches are shipped via insured FedEx Hold at Location unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Inspection & Returns: You have a 24-hour inspection window from the time of delivery or pickup to verify the watch matches its description. Returns are accepted only within this period and must be in the same condition as received. Buyer covers insured return shipping.
5. Selling and Trading Watches
Evaluation: Watches submitted for sale or trade will be evaluated by our team based on condition, authenticity, and market value.
Offers: All offers are valid for a limited time. Once you accept an offer, ownership transfers to us upon receipt and verification of the watch.
Payment: Payment is issued by Wire or Zelle once the watch passes authentication and condition inspection.
6. Sourcing Requests
When you request a specific watch, we use our dealer network to locate and secure it at the best available market price. Availability and pricing are subject to change until funds are received.
We are not responsible for sudden changes in market pricing or third-party availability during the sourcing process.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return Window: Returns are only accepted within the 24-hour inspection period after confirmed delivery.
Refunds: Once a return is approved and the watch is received in its original condition, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sourced watches, or modified timepieces are final sale.
8. Warranty and Repairs
All watches are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
Pre-owned watches may include remaining manufacturer warranties or third-party service warranties if explicitly noted.
We are not an authorized service center for any brand, but can assist with arranging repairs through trusted partners if needed.
9. Authorized Dealer Disclaimer
AJK Watches LLC is not an authorized dealer or affiliated with any watch brands featured on this website, including but not limited to Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, or others.
All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJK Watches LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the website signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
